Internships at Craft

We offer four-month paid internships starting in January, May and September each year. You’ll find all the information on the process - including a detailed overview on how to apply - posted on our LinkedIn and Instagram channels, on the following schedule:

  • Second week of February
    (for May interns)

  • Second week of June
    (for September interns)

  • Second week of October
    (for January interns)

Salaries at Craft

According to the OECD, Canada has the eighth worst gender pay gap when ranked against more than 40 countries around the world. The Canadian Women’s Foundation names pay transparency as one of three “bold steps” companies and governments can take to help close that gap.

In the hopes of building a better and more inclusive industry, we’re proud to publicly share salary bands for every level at Craft.

  • Intern: $40,000

  • Account Coordinator: $47,000 - $57,500

  • Account Executive: $57,500 - $70,000

  • Account Manager: $68,000 - $80,000

  • Senior Account Manager: $78,000 - $105,000

  • Director / Senior Director: $100,000 - $130,000

  • Vice President: $130,000+

Full-time employees are also eligible for an annual bonus, based on company performance.
